The historic building at 431 East Fayette Street in Syracuse will soon house the CNY Philanthropy Center but it once served as a meeting place for the members and friends of the University Club of Syracuse. Over the 70 years that the Club was housed there, thousands of visitors crossed its threshold to meet with friends and colleagues. There was always something going on each week, including lectures, concerts, dances and parties.
As we transform our future home into its new purpose, we hope to honor and memorialize the many memories Central New York residents, including former University Club members, hold for the building. We invite you to share some of the memories of yours and your family here – whether they be of events that were attended, people that were met or friends that were made.
Please fill out the form below with your memories of the University Club building. If you have any questions, please contact Katrina Crocker at KCrocker@cnycf.org.
